Pastor Teri is married to John (just celebrated 28 years), is owned by a cat named Katie VonBora, and resides with two dogs, Rootie and Mercy. The Ditslears have a large, blended family and enjoy bragging about all of them, which includes 9 grandchildren and three great grandchildren along with a plethora of grand-dogs.
In Teri’s “spare” time, she enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, traveling, and starting crafty projects.
In 2021, Teri completed a Master Gardener Class through Hamilton County Extension and completed studies at Shalem Institute for Spiritual Direction.
The biggest joy she receives from ministering is watching and witnessing people become aware of how much God loves them and seeing their response to loving God back. Pastor Teri sees herself as a “fire starter,” an encourager and motivator, a #8 on the Enneagram, and an ENFJ through Myers Briggs. She enjoys creative worship experiences, using the many senses to experience God’s presence.
